You've just found the least judge-y, most chill gal you'll probably meet all year. As a professional organizer and the founder of BrightHome Organizing, I get to find my joy every day in helping others. What makes my approach different? I believe that organizing isn't just about making things look pretty - it's about understanding what's really going on beneath the surface, creating meaningful change that brings you more aligned with the life you want to live.
I combine the systems-based mindset I developed in my corporate career, the insight of coaching, and the power of intentional home organizing - because this isn’t just about bins and baskets. It’s about meaningful, lasting change in how your home supports your life.
Life Before Organizing
I spent years building a rewarding career working alongside corporate executives, organizing everything from complex projects to international conferences - all while keeping teams on track. I've helped manage companies, lead teams, and develop business systems that keep everything running smoothly. It was work I was very good at, but behind the scenes, I wasn’t fulfilled - something was missing. I continued stepping into more significant executive-level roles, managing companies and leading teams. While I continued to succeed professionally, I realized these positions didn’t quite fit where my heart truly was.
I began exploring Marie Kondo’s KonMari Method,™ and the transformation I experienced in my mindset, my life, and in my space at home was nothing short of life-changing. So life-changing, in fact, that I decided to redirect my professional skills toward helping others navigate the same challenges I had been facing - and BrightHome Organizing was born.
The Start of BrightHome
I started this business because I am deeply passionate about helping others conquer the overwhelming clutter in their homes and lives. I’ve seen firsthand how disorganization can drain energy, and I felt a strong desire to use my skills to help people get unstuck. It’s incredibly fulfilling for me to support clients in creating spaces that reflect their lives and aspirations - spaces where they can truly relax and thrive.
Alongside my professional organizing certification, I find it so wonderful that all of my corporate experience also supports the organizing work with my clients. I understand how to break down overwhelming projects into manageable steps, create sustainable systems, and keep everyone motivated throughout the process. My experience managing complex schedules and multiple priorities means I can help you design organizational systems that actually work with your busy life, not against it.
The missing piece for many of us is the realization that we can actively design our lives and our homes to reflect what we value most, helping us move forward with clarity, peace, and purpose. That’s the work I’m passionate about doing every day with my clients. Not creating a “perfect” home, but a home perfect for you. Big difference.
Why Work with Me?
Because I focus on what works for YOU - not what looks perfect to me or everyone else. What’s important to me is creating a space that works for you and your life. One that’s maintainable, that brings you a rush of joy when you walk in the door every day, and supports a lifestyle that you know is the right path for you. That looks completely different from person to person, and I am flexible in supporting each one of my clients toward their version of wonderful.
I hear stories of so many people who are scared of being judged about the state of their home, why things are the way they are, or whatever else. I’m here to tell you - there is nothing to feel bad about. Life happens, and passing judgment isn’t my place or anyone else’s. As a community, we should be helping each other - supporting in ways that lift the spirit and encourage.
And well, I’m pretty darn fun. I try not to take life too seriously, and I always feel that laughter is almost always the best medicine.
If I can do this, absolutely anyone can. I’ve seen my own chaos and complete mess, so I don’t ever judge - I’m just so happy to have the opportunity to hear your story, get to know you, and walk along with you as you find your way on this journey. It’s gonna be great.
I know this may feel like a big step, but I’d encourage you not to wait until it feels like the “right time” to do this - the right time is right now! Your future self will thank you.
Fun Facts
I ask my clients to welcome me into their homes, so I feel it’s important that you get to know me.

I'm a proud mom, and I absolutely love it. My son is a college football coach and a completely awesome human. But I may be a little biased.
Considering the above bullet point, it’s a good thing that I love football. My family puts in our Superbowl picks each season. I won last year, and plan to again this year! (There is no greater joy in life than a mom beating her son in a football betting pool - 2 years running!)
I’m a Libra. I was born on my older brother’s birthday when he was 4 years old. I will forevermore be the best birthday present he’s ever received.
My dad is a Navy veteran and introduced me to shooting. Now it’s one of my favorite things to do, aside from organizing closets. Oh, the unexpected combination of interests.
I rowed for years, usually in an 8+ crew. It was the BEST EVER.
I have tattoos, and I completely broke the mold in my family when I got them. But I love ‘em!
I dig country music, both new and the classic stuff. But I also enjoy all 80’s/90’s music, the Eagles, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald… so a flexible music fanatic.
I’m a dog person, but I currently have two cats. You read that right.
I’m a yoga convert. I came over kicking and screaming and holding a basketball. But now I love it. Mostly. I think.
