"I needed more room in my multi-generational home, which comes with children, pets and other people's cherished possessions. Letting others into my cluttered home induced shame. I was very anxious about intentionally asking anyone to look directly at things I generally hid from view. Kerry was kind and no-nonsense, diving right in. She always gave objective feedback without judgment. I would recommend Kerry to anyone, especially those worried about embarrassment.
We addressed specific clutter when I had the time, which was sporadic and hard to come by. Her practical observations and guidance helped me understand which things I wanted to keep and which to let go of, all while keeping my dignity. Our first session focused on my clothing. As someone who's gone up and down in body size repeatedly, we found a plan for keeping clothing in various sizes. My motivation was saving money when I needed those sizes again. With Kerry's help, I was able to donate boxes of clothing I'd had for years. I never felt I was being guided to create her vision of what my space should be, or pressured into overwhelming decisions. At every step, Kerry was simply facilitating my mission to take back control of my space.
(PS - above is my socially acceptable review. Here's the one I really wanted to write: 'Before Kerry my home was a hot mess. I'm telling you, she is the brazilian wax of organizing. Hire her immediately.')"

"Working with Kerry was wonderful. I was stuck in a mountain of clothing of varying sizes. I really had a difficult time with holding on to sizes I might get into again. Pulling things out and having conversations regarding different garments and how they had once served me well could bring the same joy to others instead of gathering dust in my closet and drawers. Once we started it went rather quickly for me to let go. There was one piece of clothing I could no longer wear, yet there was a real sentimental connection. She let me share my story and tears. She then helped me think of some creative ways I could display and enjoy this precious memory instead of relegating it to a tote.
I have found it very easy to keep my clothes organized in a way that serves me and my life well. It is just the beginning of a new, more organized season of life ahead! "My craft area was beyond unusable. It was a cluttered mess when it was just me. But then my kid started using it and I could barely even stand to be in the room. But Kerry came in with a non-judgmental attitude and first helped me clear out so much trash, recycling, and stuff for donation. And then she helped me find the potential of the room. She even helped me come up with strategies so that my son and I could cohabitate in the type of space that tends towards chaos. I've been using this room daily since she left. I'm actually excited to be in here and am inspired to do crafts now that I know I can easily access the things I need."

"First, and most importantly, I have severe ADHD. I can work and pay bills, but getting my brain to regulate and make sense of day-to-day tasks, cleaning, organizing, etc is an ongoing and lifelong struggle. Letting anyone into my home of stacks of books, clothes, mail, etc. is a very big deal. I’m baffled at my inability to make it better, and it’s always been a secret source of shame for me. I liked Kerry immediately all via text before we even met. She offered me the option of zoom, but something told me I could trust her and I invited her over. I’ve had six sessions with her and she’s a miracle worker. She’s incredibly patient, kind, brilliant, and has zero judgment. She’s worked wonders with my home (and my brain) and I feel hopeful for the first time since pre-COVID. I would give her the highest recommendation, especially if you’re neurodivergent and your brain just can’t do all the things. As Kerry always reminds me, clutter is not a moral failing. Sometimes I just really need the reminder, and she’s there with me through every step. Kerry is the best!"

"I needed help organizing my home, but the approach was a bit different than normal as it is a small cabin built in 1924 with very little storage space, and I am handicapped, so accessibility is an issue. Kerry came and showed me new and efficient ways of sorting through the things I needed, the things I wanted, and the things someone else could use. We worked together so well, always with accessibility in mind. Where most people can use a chest of drawers for their clothes, in my small bedroom with little space to walk on my forearm crutches, Kerry helped to find an alternative solution that worked perfectly. Again in my office area, my supplies and files are no longer a mad mess due to my range of motion restrictions, but are now organized in a wonderful and accessible manner. Not only was the physical help such a delight, but Kerry was so much fun to work with. She asked the questions that guided me to a simpler life, and she was such a delightful person to work with. I would recommend her to anyone! She is a wonderful asset and I plan to keep her on speed dial for any new challenges I will face!"

"I recently worked with Kerry at BrightSpace to finally get my chaotic, disorganized bedroom dealt with. It was a great experience, & helped to make my days, especially my mornings, less stressful. My closet area in particular had become a source of stress with too many clothes crammed together with no real order, and I could never find what I needed. Kerry came in, helped me sort through everything, and created a system that should work great going forward. Everything now has a place, and it’s way easier to keep things organized & quickly pick out what I want to wear each day.
