Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
(Because even great plans sometimes take a detour.)

You’re always welcome to reschedule when needed (and I hope you do!). However, to keep scheduling smooth and fair for all clients, a rescheduling and cancellation policy is in place.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. With 48 hours or more notice, there is no penalty, allowing for proper adjustments.
However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will incur a charge of 1 hour, which will be deducted from your pre-paid session time. For no-shows or cancellations within 5 hours of the scheduled time, the full session rate will be deducted.
1 Free Pass: Because we all have those crazy days when we wake up sick or life just happens unexpectedly, I’m happy to provide one "Life Happens" pass to each client during our time working together. That pass can be used only once though - so choose wisely, my friend! :)
(On the flipside, if I ever need to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, I will add 1 hour to your pre-paid session time. I absolutely respect your time. Oh - and I get one free "Life Happens" pass, too!)
